This is a Zine with a Matsuri/Festival theme put together by Fuululuu. Matsuri are Japanese festivals usually in the Summer/Early Fall celebrating a multitude of things, there are parades, games, food, dancing, lights, fireworks, and people usually dress in yukata to these events~
